WHAT TO EXPECT DURING THE PROGRAM
Month 1 : Exploring and Experiencing Vision -- setting your own vision and holding vision calls for others.
Month 2 : Deepening in vision, getting reps, coaching 101 -- transitioning from having vision calls to coaching clients toward their visions.
Month 3 : Loving the Gap -- collecting as much feedback as you can on your coaching calls, exploring specific ways that you're getting in your own way.
Month 4 & 5 : Be Bold -- becoming whoever you need to become to accomplish what you're committed to; exploring what you're capable of; expanding your practice and creating renewals; making bold requests.
Executive Coaching:
You will receive coaching from a Meta Performance™ Certified Faculty Coach to work towards developing your Meta Performance™ coaching ability and business development. This coaching happens 3 times per month, alongside 1-2 additional Participants over the 5-months of the program. These calls will be scheduled with your Faculty coach on a rotation that works well for you and the other Participant being coached.
Peer Coaching:
You will engage in an internal pro-bono coaching exchange where you will coach someone in the cohort and someone in the cohort will coach you for 3, 30-minute sessions per month. Peer coaching starts approximately 4 weeks after the launch of the cohort.
Consulting Hours :
Each week, you have the opportunity to join a Zoom call for consulting questions. Consulting hours are hosted by Meta Performance™ Certified guest coaches from Novus Global. This time is used for questions, consulting, and coaching time. Consulting Hours are offered once a week for 1 hour. Consulting hours are optional but highly encouraged.
Ops Office Hours :
Each week, you have the opportunity to drop in on a zoom call with someone from the MPI Ops team to assist with any Ops-related questions you may have. These 30-minutes, once a week are optional. You are encouraged to use this time to bring any questions you may have regarding anything that is not specifically related to coaching.

Complete coaching calls with your faculty coach
Complete “The Transformational Workbook”
Mid-point Coaching Review
Demonstrate to a passing degree accurate functional knowledge of key concepts and tools through a Final Assessment
Receive 2 endorsements for certification through the Final Assessment

A 5-month, immersive coaching training program that transforms you into a Meta Performance™ coach.
It equips coaches with the foundational Meta Performance™ abilities that will help them build the practice of their dreams.

Early admission is $21,997. Early admission closes a month before the start of the program.
Regular admission is $26,000.
$5000 is due upon signing to hold your spot and then once the program starts, you can pay upfront or over five months for the remaining balance.

Training tools to coach people into Meta Performance™

You will be responsible for travel and lodging to our two in- person weekend workshops, some meals during those dates, books, and media that support your learning, and any other travel to training opportunities available during your 5-month program.

Over the course of 5 months, you will have a minimum of 20 hours of coaching built into your program and the opportunity to create as many coaching conversations as you desire.

Approximately 8-15 hours a week.

The program is designed for you to create coaching relationships and coaching conversations as soon as we begin.
You are able to earn income through your coaching practice as soon as the program begins.

Consultants provide answers based on their experience in a particular field or industry. When that situation resolves, the consultant’s work is done.
Executive coaching is inquiry-based and invites the client to examine and access all of the resources they have available.
Executive coaches are trained to listen carefully and ask powerful questions that illuminate the ways in which clients tend to get in their own way and underestimate their capabilities as they pursue their vision for their work and leadership.
By focusing on our clients’ vision, mindsets, and strategies, we partner with them to grow their character, integrity, and leadership in ways that will outlast the coaching relationship and impact all arenas of their lives.

Therapy typically centers on events in the past or present that impact behaviors and emotions.
Executive coaching is laser-focused on the future and how you can bring that future into the present by building your integrity (doing what you say you are going to do).
Therapy is generally focused on healing, and coaching is focused on performance. The executive coaching space will stay focused on the client's vision and who they need to be to attain the vision.
