Why 12 weeks?
After testing different program lengths, we’ve found this is the sweet spot. Weekend certifications give you an adrenaline rush that fades by Wednesday. 6-12 month programs are a big commitment because you never know what life will throw at you in the middle.
12 weeks is short enough to commit to FULLY, and it’s long enough to gain Premium Coaching ability and start landing paying clients.

Coach Catalyst includes 2 In-person Skill Labs in Atlanta, GA.
The first one kicks off the program and is mandatory. The second comes midway through the cohort and is optional for those who do not have interest in joining Novus Global.
This isn't a Zoom call where you can hide with your camera off.
This isn't a conference where you sit and take notes all day.
This isn’t a classroom, either. It’s more like a gym.
Here’s how it works. You will get trained in new coaching tools and start “lifting” with them immediately. You will split into pairs, practice coaching, get coached, and receive direct feedback on how you can improve from some of the best coaches in the world. This is how you get good, fast.

The biggest gap in most coach training is obvious once you see it:
They teach you coaching, but nobody coaches YOU.
We think that’s backwards. You need to experience these tools in your own life before you use them to create transformation for others. That’s why, in Coach Catalyst, you are paired with a Novus Global Coach for the full 12 weeks.
Here’s how it works. You will get weekly coaching calls done in pairs. During the first half of the call, you get coached. During the second half, your partner gets coached while you observe. This means you get coached AND see what a premium coaching session looks like, every single week.
Working with a Novus Global coach is worth the price of admission alone, but you’re getting it included in your tuition.

In addition to weekly coaching and in-person Skills Labs, you will get world-class training to become a Premium Coach.
The core curriculum is delivered through an online hub, where the content unlocks one week at a time. You'll learn the same coaching frameworks we use with Fortune 100 executives, professional athletes, and nonprofit leaders. Tools for vision, mindset, and strategy. You can go through it on your own schedule, but this isn't something you binge and forget. Every module comes with assignments that push you out of the hub and into real life.
You will bring your action items to your coaching call, where your coach will check in on your progress and push you further.
Expect 5 to 10 hours per week between coursework, coaching, and field assignments.

They’re taking online courses, and trying to build alone. Coach Catalyst puts you in community from day one. Throughout the program, you will have 24/7 online access to a community forum where you can ask questions, get feedback, and receive encouragement.
But these aren’t strangers on a screen.
You'll meet your entire cohort in person at the first Skills Lab.
When you meet people face to face, train together, and get coached together, something happens that a Zoom room can't replicate. You actually know each other. It starts in real life, and then the rest of the program, your cohort stays connected online.

Most programs focus entirely on coaching and leave the business side up to you. Coach Catalyst doesn't separate the two. Starting in the second half of the program, you'll run a Business Development Bootcamp. You'll create a business vision, build a pipeline, run real intake conversations with real people, practice pitching, and land clients.
The best part? We teach you how to land paying clients without building a website or posting on social media.
Those are “scaling strategies” you do not need until you have a full practice.
