Message frequency varies. The number of messages you receive will depend on your engagement with our programs, services, or specific requests for reminders or alerts.

Opt-Out and Support

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time.

  • Reply STOP to unsubscribe.

  • Reply HELP for help or support.

Opting out of SMS messages does not affect your ability to participate in MPI programs; it simply ends text communications to your mobile number.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. All charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider.

Carrier Disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is dependent on your mobile carrier and network connection.

Eligibility and Opt-In Confirmation

By opting in, you confirm that:

  • You are the owner or authorized user of the mobile number provided.

  • You are at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity to consent.

  • Your opt-in was voluntary and captured via one of MPI’s approved methods (e.g., website form, checkout page, event registration, or text keyword).
